Teacher area

Use the teacher area to manage classes, enter marks, add evidence comments, complete improvement feedback, and export documentation.

Student area

Use the student area to view marks, feedback, and progress indicators for completed assessment records.

Notifications

If notifications do not update immediately, refresh the page once and reopen the notifications panel. Recent improvements should now allow both individual and bulk read actions to persist correctly.

Exports and files

Before exporting, check that the student details, strand marks, evidence comments, and improvement selections are complete. If an export looks wrong, reopen the record and confirm the data saved as expected.

Troubleshooting

If a page appears stale, try refreshing it or reopening the relevant record. If an item still looks incorrect after that, sign out and back in again or ask an administrator to verify the saved data.
